A 1925 historic hotel undergoing a full transformation into modern multifamily living. The redevelopment blends 1920s character with contemporary design, upscale finishes, and amenity spaces that elevate urban living in downtown Kansas City.

The Aladdin was designed by architect Phillip T. Drotts, who drew on Italian Romanesque inspiration, and was built by C.O. Jones and his partner W.B. Weaver of the Armour Building Company. Nearly a century later, Molzer Development is preserving that original craftsmanship while giving the building a new chapter as one of downtown Kansas City's standout residential addresses.
