OUR MISSION

Building Kansas City with intention

Molzer Development preserves the city’s history while redefining what modern multifamily living can be.
We create curated, design-forward spaces shaped by community, culture, and a commitment to building in the open.

Our Mission

Molzer Development builds intentionally crafting spaces for people, shaped by the city we love, and developed in the open for all to see.

Our Vision

Create curated, design-forward spaces for our city to love. We believe residents deserve better than “builder-grade beige.” Every Molzer project reflects care, creativity, and a respect for Kansas City’s architectural identity.

Our Difference

We aren’t following the rules, we’re rewriting them. Our youth is our advantage. It brings fresh perspective, bold ideas, and the ability to rethink how development should look and feel in Kansas City. We’re rooted in community, inspired by culture, and committed to elevating the spaces people call home.

Meet The Team

Zach Molzer

Founder & Principal

Zach didn’t set out to be a developer. He set out to fix the problem: too many boring apartments.
Now, every Molzer project is built like he’d live there himself.

Collin Simmons

Vice President of Development

Collin helps bring Molzer’s vision to life. From spreadsheets to job sites. He’s driven by curiosity, precision, and a belief that development should strengthen the community it serves.

Annie Bogart

Chief of Brand

Annie shapes how Molzer’s story is seen and felt. With an eye for design and a passion for authenticity, she ensures every project reflects the soul of Kansas City.
